Privacy Policy

The short version

relly captures meeting audio and text so your team can get the work done while you keep talking. Everything is end-to-end encrypted, never used to train public models, and deletable at any time. This page covers the specifics.

1. What we collect

• Meeting audio and transcripts: captured while relly is an invited participant in a meeting. Nothing outside the meeting window is recorded.
• Generated artifacts: research notes, drafts, slides, and decision logs that relly produces for your team.
• Account data: name, work email, company, team size, and the plan you selected when signing up for early access.
• Usage telemetry: anonymized product events (feature usage, error rates) used to improve reliability. No content is included in telemetry.

2. How we use it

• Operate the product in real time during meetings.
• Provide continuous team memory across meetings (per-workspace only).
• Reach you about early access, product updates, and launch.
• Improve stability and performance using anonymous telemetry only.

We never sell your data. We never use your content to train public or third-party models. Your content is used only for your workspace.

3. Encryption and access

All recordings, transcripts, and artifacts are end-to-end encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption keys are managed by relly by default; enterprise customers can bring their own keys (BYOK) on the Command plan.

Relly staff do not read customer content. Access is restricted to automated systems that execute the requested work and return results to your workspace.

4. Retention and deletion

Retention is configurable per team. Default retention is 90 days for meeting transcripts and artifacts; you can set this to any value between 0 days (delete immediately after the meeting) and unlimited.

You can delete individual meetings or the entire history from settings at any time. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently purged within 30 days. Backup copies are overwritten within 60 days of deletion.

5. Sharing with third parties

relly uses a small number of subprocessors to run the service (cloud hosting, speech infrastructure, payments). We execute data processing agreements with each, and no subprocessor receives customer content in plaintext. A current list is available on request.

6. International data transfer

relly operates from infrastructure in the United States and the European Union. If you are located outside these regions, your data may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EU/UK.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. You also have the right to object to specific processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact hykim@permissionlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

relly is a B2B product and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page as the product evolves. Material changes will be sent to registered accounts at least 14 days before they take effect.
